The Cayman Islands competed at the 2014 Winter Olympics in Sochi, Russia from 7 to 23 February 2014. Dow Travers represented the nation for the second consecutive Games as the only athlete. The delegation also consisted of four officials.
According to the final quota allocation released on January 20, 2014, The Cayman Islands had one athlete in qualification position. Dow Travers injured himself in training two weeks before the games. The injury required stitches and prevented him from training.Dow Travers crashed during the giant slalom competition (being among the 30 athletes who did not complete the race). Due to the crash he suffered a mild concussion.
