Carthage High School is a public high school located in the city of Carthage, Texas. It is part of the Carthage Independent School District located in central Panola County and classified as a 4A school by the UIL. In 2013, the school was rated "Met Standard" by the Texas Education Agency.

The school has a leased cable channel that they broadcast programming from CISD on. Broadcasting is managed by the department's director Joanna Huckabee and produced by students including Cheston Malone, Kell Whitlock, Dylan Bullock. Programs include "CHS 360" and "The Carthage Connection". Notable awards and honors include Regional UIL qualifiers for short films such as, "The Heist" and "Acheron." In 2016, the films team placed 7th in the State of Texas (the highest of any CHS team in history) in TSA Video On Demand and qualified for National competition in Nashville, Tennessee. Tyler Anderson cites the program as his inspiration to enter the film industry.
