Calvin is a village in Winn Parish, Louisiana, United States. The population was 236 at the 2000 census.
Calvin is located at 31°57′48″N 92°46′47″W / 31.96333°N 92.77972°W (31.963299, -92.779853).
According to the United States Census Bureau, the village has a total area of 2.3 square miles (6.0 km2), all land.
As of the census of 2000, there were 236 people, 93 households, and 69 families residing in the village. The population density was 103.2 inhabitants per square mile (39.8/km²). There were 111 housing units at an average density of 48.5 per square mile (18.7/km²). The racial makeup of the village was 77.97% White, 17.37% African American, 2.54% Native American, 0.85% Asian, and 1.27% from two or more races. Hispanic or Latino of any race were 0.42% of the population.
There were 93 households out of which 31.2% had children under the age of 18 living with them, 52.7% were married couples living together, 18.3% had a female householder with no husband present, and 25.8% were non-families. 23.7% of all households were made up of individuals and 10.8% had someone living alone who was 65 years of age or older.
