Caldwell is a city in St. Francis County, Arkansas, United States. The population was 555 at the 2010 census, an increase from 465 in 2000.

According to the United States Census Bureau, the town has a total area of 7.8 km² (3.0 mi²), of which 7.8 km² (3.0 mi²) is land and 0.1 km² (0.04 mi²) (0.66%) is water.
As of the census of 2000, there were 465 people, 174 households, and 140 families residing in the town. The population density was 59.6/km² (154.7/mi²).
