Caddo Mills is a city in Hunt County, Texas, United States. It is home to a Fedex sorting facility. The population was 1,338 at the 2010 census.

As of the census of 2000, there were 1,149 people, 459 households, and 335 families residing in the city. The population density was 439.2 people per square mile (169.3/km2). There were 494 housing units at an average density of 188.8 per square mile (72.8/km2). The racial makeup of the city is 92.7% White, Hispanic or Latino makes up 8.03% of the population.
There were 459 households out of which 36.6% had children under the age of 18 living with them, 58.4% were married couples living together, 12.9% had a female householder with no husband present, and 27.0% were non-families. 25.7% of all households were made up of individuals and 12.4% had someone living alone who was 65 years of age or older.
