Burlington Junction is a city in Nodaway County, Missouri, United States. The population was 537 at the 2010 census.
Burlington Junction was founded in 1879, and named for a Burlington railroad junction near the original town site. A post office called Burlington Junction has been in operation since 1879.
Possum Walk Hotel was listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 1983.
