Polmak (Northern Sami: Buolbmát and Finnish: Pulmanki) is a village and a former municipality in Finnmark county in Norway. It is located in the southern part of the present-day municipality of Tana. It stretched from Leavvajohka in the west to Polmak village in the east and then on both sides of the Tana River north river to the Tana Bridge.

The Sami form of the name is Buolbmát. The meaning is unknown.

The municipality was established on 1 January 1903 when it was split from the municipality of Nesseby. At that time, it had a population of 450. On 1 January 1964, Polmak (population: 1,072) was merged into the neighboring municipality of Tana.
