Bukit Bintang is a federal constituency in the Federal Territories, Malaysia, that has been represented in the Dewan Rakyat from 1959 to 1974, from 1986 to present.

The federal constituency was created in the 1958 redistribution and is mandated to return a single member to the Dewan Rakyat under the first past the post voting system.

It was abolished in 1974 after it was redistributed. It was re-created in 1984.

2004–2016: The constituency contains the polling districts of Tiong Nam, Kampong Semarang, Jalan Tuanku Abdul Rahman, Jalan Melayu, Bukit Nanas, Medan Pasar, Bukit Weld, Changkat Raja Chulan, Imbi Pasar, Lebohraya Foch, Jalan Sultan, Pudu Kanan, Kampong Loke Yuen, Medan Imbi, Jalan Hang Tuah, Brickfields Utara, Bukit Petaling, Brickfields Selatan, Persiaran Syed Putra, Lapangan Terbang, Razak Mansion.
