Britain and Ireland's Next Top Model, Cycle 8 is the eighth cycle of Britain and Ireland's Next Top Model. It began to air on 9 July 2012. This cycle once again featured fashion model Elle Macpherson as executive producer and host of the show alongside a judging panel consisting of Julien MacDonald, Tyson Beckford (former host of Make Me A Supermodel), and Whitney Port. Beckford and Port Replaced judges Grace Woodward and Charley Speed for the eighth installment of the series.

The winner of the competition was 18 year-old Letitia Herod from Surrey, England.
Cycle 8 auditions began on Monday 14 November in Dublin Ireland, and wrapped up in Newcastle on Thursday 1 December. The filming of the show wrapped up on April 2012, and it began to broadcast on television on 9 July 2012.
Two judges from the previous cycle did not retain their positions. Although Macpherson continued as judge and executive producer along with fashion designer Julien MacDonald, fashion stylist Grace Woodward, and model Charley Speed withdrew from the show. They were replaced by Whitney Port and Tyson Beckford, respectively.
The cycle featured a boot-camp stage, similar to that of previous cycles. In episode 1, three girls left the competition. Three more girls were eliminated in episode 2, with 14 girls proceeding to the main competition as finalists.

This cycles first international destination was Dubai for the top twenty semi-finalists in episodes 1 and 2. The next international destination was Paris, for the remaining ten contestants in episode 6. The last international destination of the season was Toronto, for the remaining five contestants.
