Bourbon is a city in Crawford County, Missouri, United States. The population was 1,632 at the 2010 census.

A post office called Bourbon has been in operation since 1853. The name Bourbon refers to bourbon whiskey.

According to the United States Census Bureau, the city has a total area of 1.34 square miles (3.47 km2), all of it land.

As of the census of 2010, there were 1,632 people, 652 households, and 433 families residing in the city. The population density was 1,217.9 inhabitants per square mile (470.2/km2). There were 718 housing units at an average density of 535.8 per square mile (206.9/km2).
