Boss 2: Back to Rule is an upcoming Bengali-language crime thriller film directed by Baba Yadav. It is a sequel to his 2013 film, Boss: Born to Rule and the second installment of the Boss film series. It features Jeet, Subhasree Ganguly and Nusrat Faria Mazhar in the lead roles. Jeet Gannguli will compose the music. The film is scheduled to release on Eid al-Fitr in 2017.
Boss 2: Back To Rule is an Indo-Bangla joint production involving Jeet's new production company Jeetz Filmworks and Walzen Media Works. It is a sequel to Boss: Born to Rule. The plot picks up from where the first movie ended. It uses an original script. Principal photography was underway in Kolkata in February 2017.
It is scheduled to release on Eid al-Fitr in 2017.
Jeet Gannguli has been signed to compose the songs of the film.
