The Town of Boone is a Statutory Town in Pueblo County, Colorado, United States. The town population was 339 at the 2010 United States Census. Boone is a part of the Pueblo, CO Metropolitan Statistical Area.

Boone was founded as Booneville during the Pikes Peak Gold Rush by Albert Gallatin Boone, grandson of Daniel Boone. Boone was the first postmaster and for a brief time Indian agent to the Cheyenne and Arapaho.

Boone is located at 38°15′0″N 104°15′19″W / 38.25000°N 104.25528°W / 38.25000; -104.25528 (38.250083, -104.255166).

According to the United States Census Bureau, the town has a total area of 0.4 square miles (1.0 km2), all of it land.

As of the census of 2000, there were 323 people, 131 households, and 89 families residing in the town. The population density was 719.7 people per square mile (277.1/km²). There were 148 housing units at an average density of 329.8 per square mile (127.0/km²). The racial makeup of the town was 93.50% White, 0.62% African American, 0.62% Native American, 1.55% from other races, and 3.72% from two or more races. Hispanic or Latino of any race were 31.58% of the population.
