Robert Alan Ballinger, known as Bob Ballinger (born January 31, 1974) is a lawyer in Berryville in northwestern, Arkansas, who is a Republican member of the Arkansas House of Representatives. His District 97, which he has represented since 2013, includes parts of Carroll, Madison, and Washington counties.
A native of Bremerton, Washington, Ballinger was reared in Tulsa, Oklahoma, where he graduated from Daniel Webster High School. He received a Bachelor of Arts in Social Studies Education from Northeastern State University in Tahlequah, Oklahoma. In 2004, he received his Juris Doctor degree from the University of Arkansas School of Law in Fayetteville.
