Blum is a town in Hill County in Northern Central Texas. The population was 444 at the 2010 census.

Blum is located at 32°8′33″N 97°23′44″W / 32.14250°N 97.39556°W / 32.14250; -97.39556 (32.142367, -97.395481).

According to the United States Census Bureau, the town has a total area of 1.0 square mile (2.6 km2), all of it land.

As of the census of 2000, there were 399 people, 147 households, and 110 families residing in the town. The population density was 395.8 people per square mile (152.5/km²). There were 177 housing units at an average density of 175.6 per square mile (67.7/km²). The racial makeup of the town was 92.73% White, 0.50% African American, 0.50% Native American, 3.51% from other races, and 2.76% from two or more races. Hispanic or Latino of any race were 8.52% of the population.

There were 147 households out of which 40.8% had children under the age of 18 living with them, 60.5% were married couples living together, 8.8% had a female householder with no husband present, and 24.5% were non-families. 22.4% of all households were made up of individuals and 10.9% had someone living alone who was 65 years of age or older. The average household size was 2.71 and the average family size was 3.17.
