Bluffview is an upscale neighborhood in north Dallas, Texas (USA). It is bounded by Lovers Lane on the south, Midway Road on the west, Northwest Highway (Loop 12) on the north, and Inwood Road and the Devonshire neighborhood on the east.

Bluffview is so named for its relatively hilly topography—it lies along cliffs overlooking Bachman Branch and its tributaries. Some of the cliffs the neighborhood is built on rise 50 feet (15 m) over the water below.

The neighborhood was originally developed as Bluff View Estates by developer John P. Stevens, also responsible for Stevens Park in Oak Cliff. In 1924, he bought a 215 acres (0.9 km²) dairy farm along Bachman Creek and developed the land into 1 acre (4,046.9 m²) lots. The area was annexed by Dallas in 1943.

The neighborhood is served by the Dallas Independent School District. Children in the neighborhood attend Sudie L. Williams Elementary School (located within the neighborhood), Benjamin Franklin Middle School, and Hillcrest High School.

Many Bluffview residents opt to send their children to nearby private schools. The most popular include Good Shepherd Episcopal School, St. Marks School of Texas, The Hockaday School, Greenhill School, The Episcopal School of Dallas, and The Lamplighter School

The crime rate in Bluffview is very low. It is avoided by nearby gangs because of police that cruise the neighbourhood all day and night. Most crimes include auto part theft and vandalism. Nearby gangs are the Webb Chappel Crips and the North Side Bloods.
