The apple pith moth (Blastodacna atra) is a moth of the Elachistidae family. It is known from most of Europe. It is an introduced species in North America, where it has been recorded from Ontario and Massachusetts.

The wingspan is 11–13 mm. Adults are on wing from May to September in western Europe.

The larvae feed inside small twigs of Malus. They mine under the surface and cause the shoot to die off.
