Biy-Myrza (Kyrgyz: Бий-Мырза, Biy-Mırza/Biý-Myrza, بىي-مىرزا; formerly Imeni Telmana) is a village in Kara-Kulja District of Osh Region of Kyrgyzstan. Its population was 3,883 in 2009.
The village is the birthplace of the current governor of Osh Region Sooronbay Jeenbekov and the Speaker of the 5th Supreme Council Asylbek Jêênbekov.
