Kara-Kulja (Kyrgyz: Кара-кулжа району, Qara-qulca rayonu/Kara-kulja raýonu, قارا-قۇلجا رايونۇ) is a raion (district) of Osh Region in south-western Kyrgyzstan. Its area is 5,813 square kilometres (2,244 sq mi), and its resident population was 87,691 in 2009. The capital lies at Kara-Kulja.
