William "Bill" Weber (born April 3, 1956) is a Minnesota politician and member of the Minnesota Senate. A Republican, he represents District 22, which includes all or portions of Cottonwood, Jackson, Lincoln, Lyon, Murray, Nobles, Pipestone, Redwood and Rock counties in the southwestern part of the state.

Weber was raised in Rock County, Minnesota. He graduated from Luverne High School, then attended Nettleton Business College, graduating with a degree in professional accounting.

Weber was first elected to the Senate in November 2012, succeeding Doug Magnus, who did not seek re-election. During the 2013 legislative session, he served on the Environment and Energy Finance Subcommittee for the E-12 Division, the Finance Subcommittee for the Environment, Economic Development, and Agriculture Division, and on the Jobs, Agriculture, and Rural Development Committee. His special legislative concerns include tax reform, economic development and jobs, and regulatory reform.

Weber and his wife, Barb, have two children. They reside in Luverne, Minnesota, where he served on the city council from 1984 to 1992, and as mayor from 1992 to 2001. He is a licensed real estate broker.
