Bethel is a city in Anoka County, Minnesota, United States. The population was 466 at the 2010 census.

According to the United States Census Bureau, the city has a total area of 0.97 square miles (2.51 km2), of which, 0.91 square miles (2.36 km2) is land and 0.06 square miles (0.16 km2) is water.

237th Avenue / County Road 24 serves as a main route in the community. Minnesota State Highway 65 is nearby.

Bethel is located in the north–central part of Anoka County. The boundary line between Anoka and Isanti counties is nearby.

Bethel was incorporated as a village in 1902, and was officially incorporated as the city of Bethel on January 1, 1974.

As of the census of 2010, there were 466 people, 174 households, and 118 families residing in the city. The population density was 512.1 inhabitants per square mile (197.7/km2). There were 192 housing units at an average density of 211.0 per square mile (81.5/km2). The racial makeup of the city was 95.3% White, 0.9% African American, 0.4% Asian, 0.2% Pacific Islander, 0.9% from other races, and 2.4% from two or more races. Hispanic or Latino of any race were 2.1% of the population.

There were 174 households of which 33.3% had children under the age of 18 living with them, 51.1% were married couples living together, 9.8% had a female householder with no husband present, 6.9% had a male householder with no wife present, and 32.2% were non-families. 22.4% of all households were made up of individuals and 4% had someone living alone who was 65 years of age or older. The average household size was 2.68 and the average family size was 3.11.
