Bertha is a city in Todd County, Minnesota, United States. The population was 497 at the 2010 census.

Bertha was platted in 1891, and named for Bertha Ristan, an early settler. Bertha was incorporated in 1897.

According to the United States Census Bureau, the city has a total area of 1.02 square miles (2.64 km2), all of it land.

As of the census of 2010, there were 497 people, 205 households, and 120 families residing in the city. The population density was 487.3 inhabitants per square mile (188.1/km2). There were 231 housing units at an average density of 226.5 per square mile (87.5/km2). The racial makeup of the city was 99.2% White, 0.2% African American, and 0.6% from two or more races. Hispanic or Latino of any race were 0.2% of the population.

There were 205 households of which 33.2% had children under the age of 18 living with them, 47.8% were married couples living together, 8.3% had a female householder with no husband present, 2.4% had a male householder with no wife present, and 41.5% were non-families. 40.0% of all households were made up of individuals and 21.5% had someone living alone who was 65 years of age or older. The average household size was 2.42 and the average family size was 3.29.

The median age in the city was 37.3 years. 30.4% of residents were under the age of 18; 4.6% were between the ages of 18 and 24; 25.2% were from 25 to 44; 19.8% were from 45 to 64; and 19.7% were 65 years of age or older. The gender makeup of the city was 46.9% male and 53.1% female.
