Berdibek Saparbayev

Berdibek Mashbekuly Saparbayev (Kazakh: Сапарбаев, Бердiбек Машбекұлы) was the Minister of Labor and Social Protection of Population in the Government of Kazakhstan from 2005 to 2007, and is currently the governor of Aktobe Region.
