Baliapur is a community development block that forms an administrative division in Dhanbad district, Jharkhand state, India. It is located 15 km from Dhanbad, the district headquarters.
Baliapur is located at 23°24′57″N 86°31′27″E / 23.41583°N 86.52417°E.
