BEC (Bandai Entertainment Company) is a company founded by Bandai for video game development. They are best known for developing licensed video games for Bandai including Digimon, Dragon Ball Z and Mobile Suit Gundam. Once Bandai and Namco merged as Bandai Namco, BEC Co. became a video game development subsidiary for the company. On April 2011, Bandai Namco merged BEC with Banpresto in order to unify their Bandai gaming development subsidiaries under one division.
