Major General (Retd.) Bhuwan Chandra Khanduri, AVSM, (Hindi: भुवन चन्द्र खण्डूड़ी ; born 1 October 1934) is an Indian politician. He has served as Chief Minister of Uttarakhand from 2007–2009 and 2011-2012. He is a Member of Parliament in the 16th Lok Sabha. He represents the Garhwal Parliamentary Constituency of Uttarakhand in Lok Sabha and is a senior member of the Bharatiya Janta Party. Earlier, He has also served as a Cabinet Minister, Ministry of Surface Transport of the Government headed by former Prime Minister of India, Atal Bihari Vajpayee.
