The Aztec thrush (Ridgwayia pinicola) is a species of bird in the Turdidae family. It is found mainly in Mexico, but vagrants are occasionally seen in the United States. Its natural habitat is subtropical or tropical moist montane forests. The genus name honors ornithologist Robert Ridgway.
