Aungban (Burmese: အောင်ပန်းမြို့) is a town in the Shan State of eastern Burma. It is located in Kalaw Township in Taunggyi District. Aungban has an estimated population of 50,000 as of 2014. It is at an elevation of 4219 feet above sea level. Aungban is the largest town in Kalaw Township.
It is the junction for a branch railway to Loikaw constructed in 1992.
