Club Atlético Grau is a Peruvian football club, playing in the city of Piura, Peru.

The club were founded 1919 and play in the Copa Perú which is the third division of the Peruvian league.

The club was 1972 Copa Perú champion, when defeated León de Huánuco, Deportivo Junín, Cienciano, Cultural Juanjuí, and Deportivo Carsa in the Final Group.

The club have played at the highest level of Peruvian football on sixteen occasions, between 1972 and 1991 Torneo Descentralizado.

In the 2000 Copa Perú, the club classified to the National Stage, but was eliminated by Estudiantes de Medicina in the semifinals.

In the 2001 Copa Perú, the club classified to the National Stage, but was eliminated by Universidad César Vallejo in the quarterfinals.

In the 2002 Copa Perú, the club classified to the National Stage, but was eliminated by Atlético Universidad in the finals.

In the 2004 Torneo Descentralizado, the club fused with the Estudiantes de Medicina, forming the club Grau-Estudiantes but was relegated the same year.

In the 2010 Copa Perú, the club classified to the National Stage, but was eliminated by Comerciantes Unidos in the Round of 16.

In the 2011 Copa Perú, the club classified to the National Stage, but was eliminated by Universidad Técnica de Cajamarca in the Round of 16.
