Asingan (Pangasinan: Baley na Asingan; Ilocano: Ili ti Asingan), is a 2nd class municipality in the province of Pangasinan, Philippines. According to the 2015 census, it has a population of 57,355 people.
It is the hometown of President Fidel V. Ramos, the 12th President of the Philippines (1992–1998).
Asingan is politically subdivided into 21 barangays.
The current municipal mayor of Asingan is Heidee L. Ganigan- Chua and vice mayor Carlos F. Lopez, Jr. There are elected 8 Sangguniang Bayan Members.
