Arsen Suleymanovich Fadzayev (Russian: Арсен Сулейманович Фадзаев; born 5 September 1962, in Chikola, North Ossetia–Alania, Russia) is a former Soviet wrestler, world champion and Olympic champion in freestyle wrestling.
Fadzayev competed at the 1988 Summer Olympics in Seoul where he received a gold medal in freestyle wrestling, the lightweight class. He won another gold medal at the 1992 Summer Olympics in Barcelona. He competed for Uzbekistan at the 1996 Summer Olympics in Atlanta, where he finished 13th.
