Arpin is a village in Wood County, Wisconsin, United States. The population was 333 at the 2010 census.
According to the United States Census Bureau, the village has a total area of 0.85 square miles (2.20 km2), all of it land.
As of the census of 2010, there were 333 people, 143 households, and 81 families residing in the village. The population density was 391.8 inhabitants per square mile (151.3/km2). There were 153 housing units at an average density of 180.0 per square mile (69.5/km2). The racial makeup of the village was 96.7% White, 0.3% Native American, 0.3% Asian, 0.3% from other races, and 2.4% from two or more races. Hispanic or Latino of any race were 0.6% of the population.
There were 143 households of which 26.6% had children under the age of 18 living with them, 44.8% were married couples living together, 5.6% had a female householder with no husband present, 6.3% had a male householder with no wife present, and 43.4% were non-families. 33.6% of all households were made up of individuals and 15.4% had someone living alone who was 65 years of age or older. The average household size was 2.27 and the average family size was 2.98.
