Arpin is a village in Wood County, Wisconsin, United States. The population was 333 at the 2010 census.

As of the census of 2010, there were 333 people, 143 households, and 81 families residing in the village. The population density was 391.8 inhabitants per square mile (151.3/km2). There were 153 housing units at an average density of 180.0 per square mile (69.5/km2). The racial makeup of the village was 96.7% White, 0.3% Native American, 0.3% Asian, 0.3% from other races, and 2.4% from two or more races. Hispanic or Latino of any race were 0.6% of the population.
