Highway 52 (AR 52, Ark. 52, and Hwy. 52) is a designation for three state highways in southeast Arkansas. One route of 7.49 miles (12.05 km) runs east from Highway 133 at North Crossett to US Route 82/US Route 425 (US 82/US 425) south of Hamburg. A second route of 1.83 miles (2.95 km) begins at US 82/US 425 south of the other junction and runs east to Ashley County Road 25/County Road 26 (CR 25/CR 26). A third route of 16.59 miles (26.70 km) runs from US 165 in Wilmot east to Highway 159 at Indian.

The highway begins at Highway 133 in North Crossett and runs east. Highway 52 passes Z. M. Jack Stell Field before becoming a rural route serving minor county roads. The highway terminates at US 82/US 425 south of Hamburg.

Highway 52 begins at a junction with US 82/US 425 2.6 miles (4.2 km) south of the eastern terminus of the previously mentioned segment. This junction is also the southern terminus of an overlap between US 82/US 425 that runs north to Hamburg. The route runs east through forested land to a paved road called Berlin Road, designated as CR 25 north of this junction and CR 26 south toward Berlin.
