AR 175 runs for 4.9 miles (7.9 km) through Cherokee Village in Fulton County before entering Sharp County. In Sharp County, AR 175 exits Cherokee Village at US 62/US 412 and follows these routes northeast to Hardy. In Hardy, the route concurs with US 62/US 63/US 412. AR 175 then heads east to Chapman Road, where it angles north past the community of Sellers' Store to terminate at Wirth.
