Arguru is a progressive house instrumental written and produced by Canadian music producer deadmau5, co-written by British producer Chris Lake. It was released in 2007 as a single, as well as an EP by the same name in 2008.
The track was written in memory of the late Juan Antonio Arguelles Rius nicknamed Arguru, a well-known audio software developer and musician.
The composition of the 2010 song "I Said" (Later remixed by Michael Woods and featured on 4x4=12) would later be similar to the song.
"Arguru" is a progressive house song with a tempo of 128 beats per minute and is written in the key of E minor.
