Aravinnd Iyer (Kannada: ಅರವಿಂದ್ ಅಯ್ಯರ್) is an Indian film Actor, Director, Screenwriter who works in Kannada cinema. He got a breakthrough role with Rishab Shetty's Kirik Party (2016) where he played a lead role along with Rakshit Shetty.
Aravinnd was born on 11 April in Bangalore, Karnataka. His father T V Venugopala Iyer was an Electrical Engineer at CQAL-Ministry of Defence and mother Girija Gopal a homemaker. Aravinnd finished his schooling and PUC from National Public School, Rajajinagar and Jain college respectively. He graduated with a Bachelor of Engineering degree in Mechanical Engineering from MS Ramaiah Institute of Technology, Bangalore. He went to United Kingdom to pursue Masters in Automotive Engineering from University of Bath, Somerset.
Aravinnd was employed at Ford Motor Company in Essex and Jaguar Land Rover in Whitley, in the Emissions Department. However, he resigned and came back home after his father's death. He worked at Robert Bosch Ltd in Bengaluru.
Aravinnd's older brother is a famous food blogger Aswin Iyer. His blog 'Magicplateman' . Ashwin was one of the contestants of Master Chef India Season 5.
