The Nunciature to Australia is an ecclesiastical office of the Roman Catholic Church in Australia. It is a diplomatic post of the Holy See, whose representative is called the Apostolic Nuncio to Australia with the rank of an ambassador. The office of the nunciature is located in Manuka, Canberra.
The nunciature was erected by Pope Pius X on 15 April 1914, with Archbishop Bonaventura Cerretti as its first head. The nunciature is now in a period of "sede vacante" with the appointment of the current office holder Paul Richard Gallagher as the Secretary for Relations with States in 2014.
