Anras is a municipality in the district of Lienz in the Austrian state of Tyrol.
Anras lies in the central Puster valley, stretching from the Defereggen mountains to the foothills of the Lienz Dolomites. The settlements lie mostly on the sunny terraces or on the valley floor.
