Anna Marina Terrana (born March 31, 1937) is a former Canadian politician, who was the Member of Parliament for the riding of Vancouver East from 1993 to 1997. Terrana sat as a member of the Liberal Party of Canada.
Born in Torino, Italy, she immigrated to Canada in 1966.
In 1992, she was awarded the 125th Anniversary of the Confederation of Canada Medal. In 2007, she was awarded The Italian Cultural Centre Society's Immigrant of the Year.
