Andie Chen (born 16 June 1985) is a Singaporean actor.
Chen's first appearance on television was in the Channel 5 series Heartlanders in which he made a cameo appearance as a gangster. He shot to prominence after winning Star Search 2007 and earned a contract with MediaCorp. He was given his first television roles the following year, most notably in the blockbuster period drama The Little Nyonya. Since then he has starred in high-profile television dramas such as Unriddle, C.L.I.F., Code of Honour, Joys of Life and The Journey (trilogy series).
Chen will make his stage debut in August 2015, taking up a lead role in the third staging of the popular Mandarin musical, December Rains, by Toy Factory Productions. The musical, directed by Goh Boon Teck and written by renowned local songwriter Liang Wern Fook, also stars Chriz Tong and Sugie Phua, with songs co-written by Liang and composer-singer Jimmy Ye.
Chen has a diploma in Film, Sound and Video from Ngee Ann Polytechnic. He married actress Kate Pang in 2013 after a secret courtship and they have a son Aden (born June 30 2014) and a daughter Avery (born June 16 2016).
