Ana Bailão born August 10, 1976 is a Canadian politician who was elected to Toronto City Council in the 2010 city council election to succeed Adam Giambrone in Ward 18 on October 25, 2010.

Bailão was born in Vila Franca de Xira in Portugal and a former resident of Alenquer Municipality, Bailão moved to Canada and settled in Davenport with her family at the age of 15. She attended West Toronto Collegiate and then the University of Toronto where she received a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology and European Studies. She supports the Ontario Liberal Party and the Liberal Party of Canada.

On October 16, 2012, Bailão was charged with driving while intoxicated and driving with a blood alcohol content over the legal limit. After initially saying she would fight the charges she later reversed her decision and pleaded guilty to the charge of being above the legal limit. She said, "I made a bad choice. I take full responsibility for that and I accept the consequences." Mayor Rob Ford commented on the incident and said, "Ana is a good local councillor, she works hard and represents her residents well at City Hall. I look forward to continuing to work with her on council." She received a 12-month licence suspension and a fine.

In 2003, Bailão who worked as an assistant to city councillor Mario Silva put her name forward as a candidate to replace him in the election that year. She ran on a platform focusing on environmental issues, tenants rights and reduced property taxes for seniors. She lost to Adam Giambrone by 1,260 votes.
