Altin Haxhi (born 17 June 1975) is an Albanian former football defender.
Haxhi's former clubs include KS Luftëtari Gjirokastër, Panachaiki, PFC Litex Lovech, Iraklis, PFC CSKA Sofia, Apollon Kalamarias, Anorthosis Famagusta and Ergotelis FC.
During his spell with APOEL, Haxhi won one Cypriot Championship, one Cypriot Cup, two Super Cups and also appeared in three official group stages matches of the 2009–10 UEFA Champions League.
As of 14 November 2009 Haxhi has made 66 appearances for Albania, the fifth highest in the team's history. He has also scored 3 goals for his country.
