Almancil (Portuguese pronunciation: [aɫmɐ̃ˈsiɫ]) is a town and civil parish in the municipality of Loulé, in the Algarve region in the south of Portugal. The population in 2011 was 10,677, in an area of 62.30 km².

Almancil is a small town on the southern shoreline of Portugal enjoying a warm climate around the year. It has become an important hub for service providers catering for the needs of two well-established holiday and residential developments nearby. These are Quinta do Lago and Vale do Lobo. There is a large selection of restaurants offering different forms of cuisine. There are also real estate offices, supermarkets, flowershops, garden centers, interior decorators and furnishing shops based in Almancil.

The church of São Lourenço is in the east of the village. It is an example of Algarvian Architecture, covered with 18th-century ceramic tiles on the inside. Moreover, there is the Estádio Algarve, used in the Euro 2004.

With average land prices of €5000 per square meter, Quinta do Lago is part of the Portuguese region with the highest property prices. This region also includes Almancil and Vale do Lobo. This has been determined in a study made by two consulting groups in 2007.
