Alé–Cipollini–Galassia is a professional cycling team based in Italy, which competes in elite road bicycle racing events such as the UCI Women's Road World Cup.
On October 30 the team signed Maria Giulia Confalonieri, Arianna Fidanza, Annalisa Cucinotta, Flávia Oliveira, Alice Algisi, Simona Frapporti, Beatrice Bartelloni, Beatrice Roassato and Dalia Muccioli. Further, Marta Tagliaferro, Małgorzata Jasińska and Elena Berlatto signed contract extensions. On November 5, Uênia Fernandes de Souza, Fleur Faure and Francesca Cauz joined the team.
On September 19, Shelley Olds left the team for the 2015 season. On October 17 Ane Santesteban left the team. October 23, Michela Pavin left the team and on October 27, Tatiana Guderzo left the team for the 2015 season. on December 19 Carla Ryan retired from the professional peloton.
On November 21, 2015, it emerged that Uênia Fernandes de Souza had returned a positive drugs test for EPO and was subsequently suspended for 30 days.
