Akshay Tanksale is a Marathi actor. He was born and brought up in Pune. He completed his schooling from Vimlabai Garware school and post graduation from BMCC college. He debuted as an actor in the Marathi film Aandhali Koshimbir. After that he worked in several Marathi films like Ajoba, Highway, Online Binline, Deool Band, Budhia Singh - Born to Run, Poshter Girl, YZ, Jaundya Na Balasaheb, Chitthi and Baghtos Kay Mujra Kar.
