Adriana Serra Zanetti (born 5 March 1976; Italian pronunciation: [adriˈaːna ˈsɛrra dzaˈnetti]) is a retired professional Italian tennis player. She is a sister of Antonella Serra Zanetti.
Serra Zanetti's highest Women's Tennis Association singles ranking is World No. 38, which she reached on 11 February 2002. Her career high ranking in doubles was World No. 69 on 17 June 2002.
She reached one Grand Slam quarterfinal in singles, at the 2002 Australian Open.
