Acacia blayana is a tree native to south eastern Australia.

It grows to 25 metres tall, found only at Wadbilliga National Park. The habitat is shallow rocky soils with relatively tall eucalyptus trees nearby. A rare plant with a ROTAP rating of 2RC-. As with many of the acacias, it forms attractive yellow flowers in spring. It is named after the author, John Blay.
