Aberdeen is a city in Bingham County, Idaho, United States. The population was 1,994 at the 2010 census, up from 1,840 in 2000.

Aberdeen is located at 42°56′36″N 112°50′22″W / 42.94333°N 112.83944°W / 42.94333; -112.83944 (42.943405, -112.839322), at an elevation of 4,403 feet (1,342 m) above sea level. According to the United States Census Bureau, the city has a total area of 1.03 square miles (2.67 km2), all of it land.

Aberdeen has a steppe climate (BSk) according to the Köppen climate classification system.

As of the census of 2010, there were 1,994 people, 615 households, and 466 families residing in the city. The population density was 1,935.9 inhabitants per square mile (747.5/km2).
