Abbyville is a city in Reno County, Kansas, United States. As of the 2010 census, the city population was 87.
Abbyville was a station on the Atchison, Topeka and Santa Fe Railway. The town was named for Abby McLean, the first baby born there.
The first post office in Abbyville was established in 1886, after it was moved from Salt Creek (an extinct town).
