Associazione Calcio Prato is an Italian association football club, based in Prato, Tuscany.
Prato currently plays in Lega Pro group B, having last been in Serie B in 1964.
The club was founded in 1908.
In season 2010–11 the team played in Lega Pro Seconda Divisione ranking 3rd and was beaten from Carrarese in the final of the play-off, but it was later admitted to Lega Pro Prima Divisione to fill vacancies.
The team's colors are blue and white.
Notable former players include Christian Vieri who has played for Juventus F.C., A.C. Milan, Internazionale FC and ACF Fiorentina amongst others as well as Alessandro Diamanti who played for Fiorentina, Livorno, West Ham and currently Bologna and Massimo Maccarone, Massimo Oddo and Carlo Cudicini.
