Sepsi Sfântu Gheorghe is a Romanian football club based in Sfântu Gheorghe, Covasna County, currently playing in the Liga II.

Sepsi Sfântu Gheorghe was founded in 2011 to continue the football tradition in Sfântu Gheorghe, after the dissolution of Oltul Sfântu Gheorghe. This team borrowed the spirit of Oltul since its foundation, OSK meaning Oltul Sport Klub, otherwise the owner of the team is a declared fan of the defunct Sfântu Gheorghe main team.

After only one season from the foundation they won Liga V-Covasna County and promoted to Liga IV. In their first season of Liga IV they finished on 2nd place at 8 points away from a local rival, Viitorul Sfântu Gheorghe.

At the end of 2013–14 season Sepsi won Liga IV without problems and qualified for Liga III promotion play-off, where they faced Vrancea County champion, Selena Jariștea. Sepsi managed to win 7-6 after penalty shoot-out and promoted to Liga III.

First Liga III season was a very good one for The Szeklers who finished on the 3rd place and announcing their serious intentions for the future. In the 2015–16 Liga III season Sepsi won Seria I and promoted to Liga II, a big performance for the team and the town of Sfântu Gheorghe.

At the debut season in Liga II, Sepsi had a very good route and with one round before the finish they promoted, being the first team from Covasna County which achieved Liga I. They also equaled the best ranking of Oltul Sfântu Gheorghe, 2nd place in Liga II.
